Magliano Villa
Perfect armony between design and nature
Magliano Villa, set within the authentic landscape of the Tuscan Maremma, was conceived as a continuous dialogue between architecture and nature, becoming a place where natural light serves as the central design element. The large perimeter windows create a direct connection with the outdoors, giving every space a sense of openness and breadth.
A dialogue between architecture, nature, and material
Entrance: essential and refined hospitality
The entrance is defined by a discreet and understated style: the Void console by Desalto, with its sculptural presence, is paired with the Echo rug by Paola Lenti, which shapes the space with soft, natural hues. The CH24 chairs by Carl Hansen and the Ramo coat rack by Opinion Ciatti complete the composition, creating an immediately harmonious and functional environment.
Living area: spaciousness, light, and materiality
The living area is the convivial heart of the villa: a fluid space where natural light sculpts surfaces and volumes. The Boss Executive table by Riva 1920, with its imposing presence, converses with the Mia Wood chairs—also by Riva 1920—maintaining a balance between heritage and contemporary design. The Biblo bookcase by Porada defines the walls with light vertical geometries, while the living area features the naturally elegant Raffles sofa by De Padova, paired with the Charlotte Lounge armchair and the Freud bench, both by Baxter, for a welcoming and well-proportioned arrangement. The Soori coffee table by Poliform introduces a sculptural accent here as well.
The kitchen: functionality and earthy tones
The Euromobil kitchen, customized with a lava stone countertop by Nero Sicilia, brings deep, mineral tones indoors—perfectly in harmony with the surrounding landscape. The iconic CH24 chairs by Carl Hansen, placed around the island’s snack counter, reaffirm the desire to maintain a natural and timeless aesthetic language.
Night area: calm, comfort, and warm minimalism
The master bedroom has been conceived as a private retreat. The main suite is anchored by the Gaudì bed by Flou, paired with the Pilot nightstands by Porada. The Sidus desk by Maxalto, accompanied by a Caratos armchair, creates an intimate and refined corner, while the Iko bench by Flou and the Code modular unit by Poliform complete the space with understated functionality. The Lema walk-in wardrobe optimizes the layout with tailored elegance. The guest rooms have been designed to ensure maximum comfort. The atmosphere is balanced thanks to the carefully selected furnishings: the Max Alto bed by Twils, the Yuta nightstands by Flou, and the Cell units by Porada. For the wardrobes, the Ellevi sliding-door model by Lema and an open walk-in closet—Windy by Zalf—have been used.
Outdoor: continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces
Outdoors, beneath a portico that naturally extends the living area, the Ginestra table by B&B Italia and the Mirto chairs create the perfect corner for enjoying the mild Maremma days.
Along the edge of the large infinity pool, the Giò sun loungers by B&B Italia were selected, while the lounge area features the Quadrado armchair, the Alison Iroko sofa, and the Sunray coffee table—all by Minotti. In the outdoor dining area, the Quadrado table, also by Minotti, is paired with Fynn chairs. The presence of the Rok outdoor kitchen enhances this space, transforming it into a convivial area fully immersed in the landscape.
