Artisan and manufacturing wisdom, entrepreneurial spirit and innovative soul, maximum control of all phases of product design and manufacturing: these are the ingredients of Lema's success, those ideas take shape in the versatile and customizable collections with a wide range of finishes, materials and dimensions.

The brand shares its innate talent for quality production with the creative flair of important designers such as Alessandro Dubini, Andrea Mancuso / Analogia Project, Cairoli & Donzelli, Werner Aisslinger and many other Italians and foreigners. Tito Agnoli in the eighties created Shelf: the first modular open system. Piero Lissoni, who has been the company's art director since the 90s, coordinated a team composed by Francesco Rota, Gordon Guillaumier, Cristophe Pillet and Nendo.

The link between the company and the world of design is studded with memorable firsts, and the most significant is the birth of the "'wardrobe to the centimeter", a modular system of wardrobes available in multiple sizes, finishes, materials and accessories, with sliding, hinged, folding or coplanar doors. Lema wardrobes have become the symbol of flexible and functional furniture par excellence.

Modular systems, free-standing solutions, seats, upholstered furniture, bookcases, tables, containers and beds: Lema's know-how generates a complete and articulated range of home furnishings where every element contributes to create warm, enveloping, full of comfort environments and elegance. The atmospheres are made even softer by the careful choice of materials like wood, metal and glass and by their skillfull processing, which takes place using cutting-edge techniques combined with the company's manufacturing tradition.

The series of sofas and armchairs of the brand have simple lines, soft and modular shapes that invite you to relax and socialize. The choice is wide: from modular parallelepipeds equipped with an internal and hidden mechanism that allows you to recline the backrest and bring the seat forward, to the retro taste of sofas with a thin bronze-colored structure, without neglecting the generous seats of the fabric models.

There is a strong reference to conviviality in the tables collection designed by Lema with important designers. Lema has created with them solutions enriched by revolving tops - which can also be used as a tray - and central base in reconstructed marble decorated with metal moldings. The free-standing bookcases made with light square section lacquered metal structures invite you to exploit space in complete freedom that lend themselves to infinite combination possibilities.

The ability to invent tailor-made solutions, to furnish according to spaces and needs, with impeccable "tailoring" skills is the hallmark of Lema's DNA. Infact some of its modular creatures are best-sellers of Italian design. The open system LT40 by David Lopez Quincoces is emblematic. That’s modular and extremely customizable with boxes and wall elements designed to create four configurations including: free-standing modules, sideboards, wall units and boiserie. The final result is four product families that meet themselves in four different ways and also house extra components such as double-sided cabinets and areas prepared for the insertion of technological equipment.
