A factory of ideas
Gallotti & Radice produces exclusively in Italy and follows two distinct processing lines: the first highly industrialized, the second, more artisanal and tied to tradition, with every crystal finds its maximum expression in objects with refined shapes and a "tailored" taste. Two paths united by the constant research for quality, attention to detail and a deep study of crystal and its great potential.
The company has established a strong synergy with the world of design from the very beginning of its entrepreneurial activity: we were in 1971 when Gallotti & Radice with the architect Luigi Massoni produced "Adam", the first table completely made of glass. From that period, the company has shared its design philosophy oriented towards excellence with the brightest minds in national and international design: Pietro Russo, Monica Armani, Pinuccio Borgonovo, Lanzavecchia + Wai, Patricia Urquiola, Andreas Weber and many others.
Strengthened by constant research and great mastery of the various processes, Gallotti & Radice promotes tthroughout Europe the culture of crystal, its value, its multiple qualities, including lightness and resistance over time.
Among Gallotti & Radice’s accessories, crystal reigns supreme in tables and coffee tables, lamps and mirrors, but there are also other materials that the company loves to try: wood, steel and leather, used to make wonderful collections for living and night areas. Armchairs, sofas, poufs, beds and tables, based on simple geometric shapes and made soft by precious fabrics and materials, finished with details in wood, metal or satin brass.
A universe full of solutions with a strong aesthetic impact. The tables tell Gallotti & Radice’s handcraft tradition: round, square, rectangular, in wood, marble, with fixed or rotating elements, designed by designers like Massimo Castagna, Pietro Russo, Oscar and Gabriele Buratti and so many more. The same creativity can be seen in the brand's bed collections that appear spacious and welcoming with headboards of singular proportions and heights.
The “Bolle”, the most famous collection of chandeliers and wall lamps of the company, are an emblem of the Gallotti&Radice's ability in the lighting sector. Perfectly rounded, they seem to float ethereal in the air, supported by hand-burnished brass structures. Style and refinement are also the keywords for the “Bonfire” table lamps that is done in fused, curved and transparent glass, available in a range of unusual colors: cosmos, calendula, peony, myrtle.
Pierangelo Gallotti signs a piece of furniture for offices characterized by elegance and a minimal design. It’s called Erminia and it’s a wooden sideboard covered in back-painted glass.
Desks, drawer units, containers, bookcases and boiseries: the charm of the transparent surfaces made by Gallotti & Radice also furnishes the offices with class. Designed by its leading designers, the desks are the flagship of the company: simple and linear Air Desk by Pinuccio Borgonovo is a successful mix of transparent or tempered "gray Italy" glass tops. Monica Armani signs WGS the table / desk where the brightness of the crystal blends perfectly with the natural oak base. With Massimo Castagna's Zen desk we immerse ourselves in the classic and poetic atmosphere of wood like rosewood that is skilfully combined with ash.
