Della Vittoria Apartment
A classic and clean taste
“In the heart of Rome’s Della Vittoria district, this apartment offers a balanced interpretation of contemporary living, set within an architectural context defined by generous proportions, high ceilings, and classical details. Natural light, a quiet protagonist, flows through the rooms, enhancing the warm-toned parquet flooring and engaging in a subtle dialogue with elegant boiserie that rhythmically articulates the space.
A fluid dialogue between the kitchen, living area, and study
The living area opens up as a welcoming yet measured space, where the deep tones of the blue velvet Armand sofas by Flexform meet the softness of the matching pouf, both finished with a pearl grey grosgrain trim. The composition is enriched by the presence of the Chiara armchair by Edra, upholstered in plum fabric, introducing an intense and sophisticated chromatic note. The coffee tables – including the Olo model by Mogg and the iconic Tavolo su Ruote by FontanaArte – act as dynamic elements, lightening the composition with an informal yet refined language. In the dining area, seamlessly connected to the living space, the Clay Canvas table by Desalto, in a liquorice black finish, stands out as a sculptural presence, accompanied by Febo chairs by Maxalto in pearl grey fabric. Above it, the Wireflow Lineal suspension by Vibia traces a light, geometric line in the air, emphasizing the verticality of the space. The kitchen area, connected through glass doors yet distinct from the surrounding rooms, unfolds around a refined palette where silk white and blue meet in a sophisticated balance. The kitchen, Maxima 2.2 model by Cesar, is conceived as a convivial focal point: base units, wall units, and tall cabinets in silk white lacquer define an essential volume, while the peninsula in silk blue lacquer introduces a bold yet harmonious chromatic accent. The Dekton Trance countertop, veined with blue, enhances the material depth of the composition. Integrated appliances – including Neff, Bosch, Liebherr, and Siemens – ensure impeccable functionality while maintaining a formal clarity consistent with the overall design. The study is conceived as an intimate yet versatile space. The Era desk by Living Divani, with a Stone Oak top and glossy cream-white lacquered details, expresses a sober and contemporary aesthetic. Completing the room, the Go Small sofa bed by Campeggi introduces a functional dimension, designed to accommodate guests with discretion.
Balance and style
The entire project stands out for its ability to blend classical and contemporary elements, creating a measured balance between form, material, and color. A living narrative where every detail contributes to shaping an atmosphere that is both elegant and urban.
