The Archibald small armchair stands out for its sculptural and contemporary design, made unique by sartorial details that enhance its elegance and refinement. Every detail tells of the craftsmanship of the workmanship: from the rich play of pleats that animates the inside of the leather-covered backrest, to the hint of an armrest, inspired by the slightly open lapel of a shirt, a distinctive detail of the collection. High-quality contrast stitching runs along the curved profile of the backrest and armrests, discreetly emphasising the fluid and harmonious shapes.
This new dining chair retains the iconic comfort of the line with a lighter, more versatile allure, ideal either to fit fluidly into contemporary settings or to add delicate touches of modernity to more classically styled environments. The shell and armrests are made of moulded rigid polyurethane, while the padding uses soft polyurethane and polyester wadding for cosy support. The seat frame is padded and fitted with elastic springs for maximum comfort. The four-leg base, made of solid ash wood in Wenge or Moka stained finishes, can be completed with felt pads or protective glides.
