White walls, minimal furnishings and extreme cleanliness of the rooms are the keywords of this apartment located in the historic district of Rome, the Garbatella.
Design and history
The restyling of the living area totally changes the look of the house.
One of the design goals was to eliminate the unpleasant sensation of the current entrance which was particularly dark. The project focuses mainly on the living area, redesigned in Nordic style and enriched by the covering with barely perceptible bas-reliefs, which elegantly cover the surface.
Light and bright colors
The kitchen, visible from the entrance, has been hidden behind a curtain, conveying a minimal feeling of extreme cleanliness. The white walls, the gray resin floor and the black coating give the apartment a contemporary look.
