Space has different dimensions
Rimadesio has more than 60 years of experience in interior design. During this 60 years the company has proceeded on the path of excellence, distinguishing itself above all for the skilful use of glass and aluminum, for the avant-garde processing techniques and for the versatile planning that translates into a wide range of doors, sliding doors, bookcases and modular systems for the living area and walk-in wardrobes and various accessories for the sleeping area. The furnishing solutions are available at mobilnovo showrooms, Rimadesio official dealer.
The style of innovation
Rimadesio is a leader in the production of systems for dividing environments, systems that allow you to perceive, modify and interpret the same architectural space in different ways for different moments and scenarios of use. The materials that characterize its furnishing solutions are glass and aluminum, chosen for their maximum flexibility but also for respecting the energy aspect of production.
The brand has created famous collections with the most important Italian and foreign designers, starting in 1962 when the creative couple Gio Ponti and Gianfranco Mariani created Tyco, the bar cabinet with a dome-shaped plexiglass lamp. More recent is Francis, the new table system designed by Giuseppe Bavuso characterized by light geometric shapes and minimal design.
With the creation of Siparium, Rimadesio won the Young & Design 1993 award, with Zenit it obtained the KBB 2000 Award and the selection at the ADI 2001 Design Index. Graphis was selected at the ADI 2005 Design Index and Vela achieved double success. In 2007 he also received the selection at the ADI 2007 Design Index and the following year he won the 21st Compasso d'Oro ADI 2008 Award. Finally, the Modulor wall paneling system was nominated for the EDIDA 2020 Elle Deco International Design Awards.
Rimadesio interprets the aesthetic and functional needs of interiors with complete, concrete and intelligent furnishing solutions capable of optimizing and embellishing the space where they become protagonists. The creations are born from the desire to offer a simple product - in its sublime design accuracy - and stable - in its formal structure - two results that are obtained thanks to the thoughtful choice of materials and careful processing down to the smallest details.
Loved for their minimal and discreet design, the bookcases designed by the brand for the living area are its strong point. The main features are the lightness and versatility of the shapes that lend themselves to being composed and broken down into different configurations. Among the many models, in fact, the most popular are those equipped with uprights fixed to the ground and to the ceiling that allow you to arrange the elements according to your tastes and needs.
Linear style, corner or C, Rimadesio walk-in wardrobes are always made to measure and completely customizable through a long series of materials, finishes and accessories, such as shelves, clothes rails, drawers and drawer units, pull-out trays and many other useful solutions.
Technology and refined design are the hallmarks of the Manta table collection designed by Giuseppe Bavuso for Rimadesio. The system is modular and made by an aluminum structure and round or oval shapes, covered with precious materials that make it aesthetically flawless.
In December 2019 Davide Malberti and Giuseppe Bavuso launched the new Modulor boiserie system on the Italian and international design scene. As the name suggests, the system lends itself to infinite composition possibilities, up to the perfect solution for your needs and your space. Its components, such as shelves, boxes and showcases, are arranged on the wall creating a visually ordered and balanced space. Available in a wide range of finishes and materials, Modulor represents an important added value for home environments and for workplaces.
