Apartment Porto Cervo is a small penthouse in the Gigli area in Porto Cervo Marina, above the Porto Nuovo of Porto Cervo, about 110 sqm covered walkable + covered terrace in reeds about 25 sqm and upstairs a panoramic terrace about 70 sqm, covered with roof tiles.
Scrigno house
Mood: relax in the beautiful nature of Sardinia. The materials are all natural: Orosei stone, natural oak wood, brass, new Dedar fabrics in natural linen in soft colors such as sand and transparent sea, all to represent the fantastic nature that surrounds the island, its vital energy and its blinding beauty that makes it unique in the world. Design idea was to create a Scrigno House that would tie even more to the sea by exploiting the existing openings and concealing its functionality with refined artifices.
The precious scrigno is represented by the living/ kitchen/ dining room, the core of the house, covered with a precious boiserie designed by Arch. Silvia Zamarion, in milled natural oak wood with brass inlays (quote to the chaine d'ancre by Hermes that since 1938 never stops reinventing itself "there are ideas that will remain forever in history because they represent the immortality of beauty"). From the fulcrum of the house you can see views of the sea at dawn and the hills at sunset, which flood the interior space through an endless depth.
The living represents the convivial heart of the house, where we find comfortable sofas of B&B Italia and armchairs by Maxalto, the dining table made of brass and designed by architect, produced by De Castelli, like all other dining tables of the house, a hidden mini kitchen by Modulnova with appliances positioned in the basement and new panoramic windows by Schuco. Entering the house through a portal in fluted natural oak, you discover the central space, a different place, new, warm, that seems to be infinite. The panelling on the walls intrigues, reminiscent of something precious that everyone has worn or seen wear with pleasure, the three fantastic views of Sardinian nature captivate you.
The colors of the sea and the earth
All the shades of the white of the Orosei stone, the color of the natural and bleached oak, the light dove like the Sardinian rocks, the navy blue like the sea and the night sky, the gold to remember that Sardinia is one of the most beautiful jewels in the world.
