The Ren bookcase is inspired by the Chinese ideogram "ren" which means "person, human being". The intertwining lines communicate an intimate elegance and recall an oriental conception of spaces and design. In this particular bookcase, the two slightly inclined lateral uprights support the shelves. The upper beam is fixed to the wall by brass hooks.
