The art of lighting
"The quality of light is equivalet to the quality of life" this is the concept on which the corporate philosophy of Occhio is based. Occhio, lighting brand for lighting in Germay, was founded in 1999 in Munich by Axel Meise, the company manufactures holistic and multifunctional lighting systems and spotlight systems for large buildings, for home interiors and for workplaces. Lamps and systems are available at mobilnovo showrooms, Occhio official dealer.
New culture of light
More than just luminous devices, Occhio lighting systems are tools that through light help us to express completely our personality: when we are in a well-lit room, the space is more fluid, everything looks more beautiful and we feel more comfortable. This is possible thanks to the high quality LEDs produced specifically for the company, distinguished by what in the industry is called "the perfect color", that is, the ability to recreate the ideal light in any place.
The concept of quality of light reveals the holistic approach of the company, an approach that aims to achieve impeccable lighting, while respecting the overall coherence. Occhio uses the same light and the same colors in every room of the house, office or a large building. Soft, intense, amber ... with its "perfect color" LEDs the brand connects spaces and creates atmospheres characterized by a beautiful, efficient and adjustable light according to personal needs.
Occhio's design combines the shape aesthetics with the quality of materials and attention to detail with functionality and practical use. The result is a winning symbiotic mix capable of transforming excellence into an experience. The brand collaborates with the best lighting designers. With the designers the company studies, designs and creates wonderful collections; some of them won some awardes, like the Mito largo arched light, winner of the iF Gold Award 2019.
As you want me
Occhio's modular lighting systems accompany us throughout the day, positively influencing our mood. The possibility of adjusting the intensity of the light or choosing the color according to the space entails greater psychophysical well-being. Occhio, in fact, provides the perfect solution for every situation, from the kitchen to the bathroom, from the living to night area, and its lamps transform our homes and our workplaces into more beautiful contexts to live and share.
In the planning phase of the interior lighting design, it’s essential to be guided by sunlight and its natural, bright and contrasting reflections. Occhio divides the house into zones and studies the appropriate light according to their use: for the living spaces, the brand proposes the union of natural light with indirect light sources such as bright spotlights; for the sleeping areas, on the other hand, he suggests table or floor lamps, with soft and suffused lights.
The solutions dedicated to hallway and entrances are the result of careful lighting design designed to enhance the style of the furnishings and wall decorations. Hallways can be long, narrow and with elbow curves, 'difficult' spaces to design and illuminate, but Occhio's solutions are able to adapt to all the shapes and to all spaces.
The wonderful Mito collection, which includes a ceiling, floor and wall version, also integrates the controls through 'gestures', touches and swipes to adapt the light to our needs with our hands.
Modern play of light
Simple and intuitive, 'Occhio air' is the Bluetooth-based light control system. Through the app or using the control device, you can control all the appliances from anywhere in your home or office: you can turn on, turn off and adjust the intensity. You can also create groups to be managed consistently and even 'scenarios' to be set and saved, in order to recreate them with a simple touch. With 'Occhio Air’ we become the lighting designers of our living spaces. Dali is another smart control system integrated into Occhio systems that makes our life easier. From single luminaires to lighting systems for entire buildings, we have the full "power" of light: switching on, dimming, switching off and creating lighting groups.
